The 2009 Timberfest is on track to be the biggest and greatest yet. We took all the great ideas from earlier years and combined them with new ideas to bring our community an event. With sponsorship dollars, we were able to provide many activities, great entertainment, and much more for all ages to enjoy. This year we have added many new events and different types of entertainment.

“Fun-Run, Bike-Hike”
10K (6.2 miles)
NON-COMPETITIVE
Saturday, August 1st at 9:00 a.m. Registration will be at 8:00 a.m. in front of the Albert Township Hall.
This is Family Friendly and it will be an ‘out and back’ type of event- mile markers will be posted and you may turn around and head back to town at any point!
Everyone will receive a medal!
The course will take you from town, west around East Twin Lake, turning left onto Fleming and heading towards the Lewiston Lodge and then up to Lakeview Bed and Breakfast- which is exactly the 3.1 mile mark.
It will be worth the hike up the hill, as Jodi (owner) and Cindy (inn keeper) will have refreshments and chairs to relax and “enjoy the view”.
Water stations and bathroom facilities will be provided along with a “shuttle cart” for the hill itself.

Registration for the
Timbertown 3 on 3 Basketball tournament is now open.
Please be aware that there
are a few changes this year:
- Early registration deadline is 7/18/09 - $60 - each team member will get a tourney t-shirt if registered by this date.
- Late registration is court side in downtown Lewiston 7/31/09
6 -7:30pm - $80 and no tourney t-shirts are included
- There is NO event day registration
- A new age division has been added by splitting last years 9 -12 grade division into two. Now there is a 9th /10th and 11th /12th grade division for both males and females

Prices are for Saturday participation only. If you would like to sell on Sunday, please add $10.
